We recognize the role of practitioners within Residential Child Care is a skilled endeavour that requires a sound knowledge base, specific skills and relational expertise to work intentionally and purposefully in the life space of children and young people to meet their needs.
We support staff through the various stages of their learning journey as well as assisting with workforce registration qualifications and mandatory awards.
